The connection between Zermatt Unplugged and James Walsh is based on real friendship. In 2007, the musician appeared here as the lead singer of the Britpop Band Starsailor. Walsh also played the Vernissage in 2010 und 2011, and was enthusiastically acclaimed at Jam Session in the Mont Cervin Palace. He is on the programme for the Sunnegga Session in the coming edition of Zermatt Unplugged, because Walsh is the perfect musician for somewhat different stage situations, and is the archetype of the unplugged artist.
